Thursday evenings
Join a warm, welcoming class of just five people on Thursday evenings in East Dulwich. No experience needed — every posture is adapted to you.
Each 75-minute session weaves together movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and a short period of stillness — leaving you feeling grounded, stretched, and ready for the rest of your week. Classes run each school term and are rooted in the Viniyoga tradition, which means the practice is shaped around you, not the other way around.

One-to-one sessions
A deeply individual approach — working with you to address specific physical or emotional challenges through gentle, evidence-informed yoga practice.
Yoga therapy isn't a yoga class. Each session begins with a conversation — understanding your history, your goals, and how you're feeling that day. What follows is a practice built entirely around you: gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation, with tools you can use at home every day.
"Susie always listens very carefully and clearly explains her recommendations. She has a calm, professional and empathetic manner — I have learned a lot that will genuinely help me."

I was first introduced to yoga by my Mum, she had already been attending a class with a local teacher for several years before I came to a class with her. I then tried several different styles of yoga before moving to London in 2010 and taking break from practicing for a while.
I discovered Viniyoga in 2013 and something shifted. This wasn’t yoga as performance. It was yoga as a practice that met you where you were — adapting to your body, your breath, your day. I felt the difference, and I wanted to share it.
