Meet Susie
My working career to 2020 was as an Occupational Therapist working with people who have mental health issues.
I have been practising yoga personally for about 15 years and started to attend a regular Viniyoga class in 2013.
I am very passionate about what yoga can do for people and have felt the healing qualities of it.
In 2016 I made the decision to begin training to teach yoga, and I qualified in 2019.
My training was provided by Sadhana Mala (www.sadhanamala.com) and I attend weekly classes with my yoga teacher, Janet Evans (www.yogajanam.com/yoga).
