Yoga Classes

The current block of classes runs from Thursday 15th April 2021 for 12 weeks (no classes 3rd June or 1st July). Please book to secure a place.

All classes are conducted over Zoom. You’ll need a mat and a room.

Classes Suitable for Beginners to Experts

Skill Level

Classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to experts who have been practising yoga regularly for some time.

If you have been going to classes regularly you will likely find that this style of yoga is a different approach to the classes you are used to.

Studio & Equipment


You don’t need a lot of equipment, just a yoga mat and comfortable clothing.

You can get yoga mats in a lot of places but if you’re not sure what you need, we suggest having a look at one of these.
